Our Services

We offer a broad range of Building Surveying Services to the Residential, Commercial and Industrial property markets in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

These services include Valuations, House Purchase Reports and Valuation (comparable to the RICS Homebuyer Reports) and Building Survey Reports on residential properties of all tyoes, ages and styles together with defect diagnosis reports on specific problems such as structural movement, dampness and timber decay or defective roof coverings amongst other problems.

We also carry out Schedules of Condition and Schedules of Dilapidation on tenanted commercial properties as well as Structural Condition Reports or Building Survey Reports for those taking long full reapiring and insuring (FRI) Leases or purchasing business premises.

For those looking to alter or extend their existing property, or construct a new building, we undertake a range of Architectural Design services from an initial measured or land surveys through Local Authority consents to Contract Supervision and completion on site.

Our range of professional services include advise under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 together with Expert Witness and Boundary Reports for the courts on boundary and building disputes, Disabled Access Audits and Insurance Valuations.
