SELF BUILD CERTIFICATION
For people building their own home, we are also able to offer a certification service to confirm that the property has been built to a satisfactory standard. This will include periodic inspections at significant stages and the issue of a certificate advising on the position reached.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES
To prepare a feasibility study by examining and considering the buildings or site, determine any restrictions that may apply and advise on possible courses of action, including if necessary, the preparation of sketch proposals and budget costing presented as a report to the client.
PLANNING COORDINATOR
We can also be appointed directly as the Planning Coordinator under the CDM Regulations to ensure that all Health and Safety issues are considered.
